Innovative materials specialization domain

The Innovative Materials Hub trains students in two complementary areas of expertise:

• Sustainability: Sustainable design and sizing of structures, incorporating complex stress analysis.
• Functionality: Manufacturing and characterization of polymers, thin films, and composite materials, as well as the study of their multifunctional properties.

This hub is aimed at students motivated by careers in Materials Science, with prerequisites in Materials Engineering. It is structured around a common core curriculum (two course units) supplemented by two specialized units for each pathway. Additionally, it includes four units shared across all ENSIACET hubs: Engineering Professions, Business Engineering, Projects, and Internships.
